DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE I CAN VISIT?

Yes... sorta! While we don't own a physical storefront, we often appear at local events and always love meeting our customers in person! You will find us at various locations around the DMV including pop-up events at some really fun venues like local breweries or historic downtown locations. I LIVE IN NORTHERN VA.  CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Absolutely!  Our home studio is located in South Riding (Loudoun County). Just place an order on our website and follow up with an email letting us know you would like to pick up your order. We will coordinate with you and refund shipping charges.  

 

DO YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL QUANTITIES AVAILABLE?

Maybe! Send a quick email to sara@twojaynes.com with the item and quantity you are looking for and we'll see what we can do.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?

We make every effort to process custom orders in a timely manner, however, delivery times will vary depending on various factors. Feel free to email us at sara@twojaynes.com if you are on a tight deadline so we can work together to make it happen.
